Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 11 January 2021 at 9.00am a special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act was passed by the shareholder to liquidate the above companies and to appoint Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidators fix 26 February 2021 as the day by which the creditors are to make their claims to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.

Security Interests

Any party who considers that they have a security interest in respect of goods or assets supplied should contact the liquidators immediately.
