Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that Abuthahir Abdul Gafoor and Yessica Budiman were appointed joint and several liquidators of INFINITY LIFESTYLE GROUP NZ, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the creditor’s voluntary liquidation in Singapore on 2 November 2021.

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as agent of the liquidators on 9 November 2021.

The liquidators fix 21 December 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
