Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Richard Nacey and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ENDEAVOUR CAPITAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 5 November 2021 at 4.00pm on the application of The Town of Jupiter, Florida.

We fix 17 December 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
