Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Elizabeth Helen Keene, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 12 November 2021 at 10.53am. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.
