Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Colin Sanderson (IP89) were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHAVIRA INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 9 November 2021 at 5.00pm and of L.K.E TYRES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 10 November 2021 at 1.30pm both by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 17 December 2021.
