Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company on 10 February 2021 at 4.00pm by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). This is a solvent liquidation and the company has been placed into liquidation for restructuring purposes.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 26 March 2021 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
