Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Pritesh Patel, Licensed insolvency Practitioner (IP120), was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholder on 10 November 2021 at 9.30am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 17 December 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act (as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
