Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MUFFLER SHOP WEST COAST LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Greymouth pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 1 November 2021 at 11.08am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 8 December 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
