Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 9 February 2021 at the times listed below on the application of Inland Revenue:

GRAELYNNE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.05am.

We fix 15 March 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
