Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 10 February 2021 at 12.30pm and after the directors had completed resolutions as to solvency.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 12 March 2021.

The liquidations are solvent.
