Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Richard Nacey and Wendy Somerville, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MANAWATU TRADING CENTRE (2017) LIMITED by the High Court at Palmerston North pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 28 October 2021 at 10.15am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 6 November 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
