Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Napier, Heath Gair, Accredited Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency Limited, was appointed interim liquidator of LIDDLE BUILDERS & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED on 26 October 2021.

The interim liquidation commenced on 26 October 2021. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 30 November 2021.
