Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Raymond Paul Cox and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by an order of the High Court at Wellington on the application of APIC Trustees Limited (as trustee of the Verplaetse Trust). The liquidation commenced on 9 February 2021 at 10.25am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 24 March 2021 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
