Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 27 October, 2021 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that GRISSOLI LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 27 October 2021 at 2.00pm.
