Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 27 October 2021, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WAIUTA PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 27 October 2021 at 2.00pm.
