Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company appointed Pritesh Patel, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator on Friday 8 January 2021 at 10.00am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 26 February 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
