Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Kenneth Peter Brown, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LOYZ NZ VENTURES LIMITED and LOYZ OIL NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (both in liquidation) on 19 October 2021 at 9.00am. These are solvent liquidations.
