On 18 October 2021, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KAMAHI VENTURES LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 18 October 2021 at 10.40am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 November 2021.
