Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EIDER DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 12 October 2021 at 3.16pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
