Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, in terms of a resolution passed by creditors at the watershed meeting held on 8 October 2021 at 11.40am.

The liquidator fixes 12 November 2021 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
