Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), Amanda-Jane Atkins and Rowan John Chapman, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Chapman Atkins Limited, Chartered Accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by special shareholders’ resolution on 8 October 2021 at 11.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

We fix 19 November 2021 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
