Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain and Larissa Logan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MANUKA LOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) (“company”) by order of the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 October 2021 at 10.55am. The applicant creditor was the New Zealand Transport Agency. We fix 1 November 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
