Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 6 October 2021 at 12.00pm, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AMBER INTELLIGENCE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation, on 6 October 2021 the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to the Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 6 November 2021.
