Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Colin Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MODERN BUILT INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the Court of Appeal at Wellington on 1 October 2021 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of the trustees of T A O’Brien Family Trust.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 1 November 2021.
