Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 29 September 2021, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 29 September 2021 at 11.30am and 12.55pm respectively.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 31 October 2021.
