Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by the High Court at Invercargill on 4 February 2021 at 11.55am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 9 April 2021 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
