Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of FNL HAMILTON LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 27 September 2021 at 2.33pm on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 15 November 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
