Notice of Resignation and Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands, both Certified Practising Accountants and Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several replacement liquidators of the above-named company on 26 January 2021 at 9.30am pursuant to section 283(2) of the Act, upon the resignation of Victoria Toon, Chartered Accountant and Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 12 March 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
