Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAIHAPE SHEARING & FARM SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 23 September 2021 at 12.11pm on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 11 November 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
