Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CSP COATINGS LIMITED and CSP HOLDINGS LIMITED (both in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act, on 3 February 2021 at 9.00am on the application of the shareholders.

We fix 19 March 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
