Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to Undertake Liquidation

Pursuant to Section 225(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2021, the Registrar of Companies appointed, insolvency practitioner licensed under the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019, Kevin John Whitley as liquidator of the above-named companies, pursuant to section 283(6) of the Act, to fulfill Robert Walker’s vacancy and as there is no liquidator acting.

The liquidations commenced on 22 September 2021 at 1.32pm following notice by the Registrar of appointment under section 283(6) of the Act.
