Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 Darin Brent Robinson, insolvency practitioner of Insol Northland, Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of SIERRA HOMES LIMITED. The liquidation commenced on 29 January 2021 at 10.00am. Enquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Darin Robinson at 9 Reyburn Street, Whangarei, on telephone number (09) 438 6408.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 5 March 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
