Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of above-named companies have appointed Daran Nair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and chartered accountant, and Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators of GOLD HAWK COOPERATION LIMITED (in liquidation) on 2 February 2021 at 1.47pm and of J & P PELIA FOODS LIMITED (in liquidation) and J & P PELIA TRUCKING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 3 February 2021 at 1.30pm.

The liquidators fix 19 March 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
