Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as sole liquidator of MELISSA MAE LIMITED by the Auckland High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 September 2021 at 11.03am.

I fix 12 October 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
