Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of this company on 10 September 2021 at 4.00pm appointed Kevin John Davies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, as liquidator.

The liquidator fixes 8 October 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, or to be excluded from any benefit provided creditors with debts and claims are proved.
