Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ODUS CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland on 10 September 2021 at 10.06am, following an application by Boy Co Trade Limited (in liquidation).
