Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed liquidators of the companies by order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of Provident Insurance Corporation Limited for MILESTONE MOTOR CARZ LIMITED on 10 September 2021 at 10.26am and by shareholders’ special resolution for CHINESE FOOD LIMITED on 13 September 2021 at 8.54am.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix 25 October 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
