Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of FIRST DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 7 September 2021 at 10.11am when Murray G. Allott, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner (IP85), was appointed as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 by order of the High Court at Dunedin following an application made by Oakleys Plumbing Supplies Limited.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximize returns to creditors.
