Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NAMMA HOLDINGS KAIKOURA LIMITED following a directors resolution as to solvency, by a special resolution of the shareholders on 9 September 2021 at 1.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
