Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 7 September 2021, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HERITAGE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and JDL CONCEPTS LIMITED (both in liquidation) at 2.00pm by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation, on 7 September 2021 the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. Copies of the declarations were delivered to the Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 7 October 2021.
