Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Colin Roger Sanderson and Peri Micaela Finnigan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CAFE BELLA LIMITED by the High Court at Hamilton, on the application of Origin Coffee Traders NZ Limited, on 30 August 2021 at 10.45am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The director of CAFE BELLA LIMITED has advised that all creditors will be paid (either in full or in an amount agreed to between the creditors and the director) and an application will be made to the High Court for the liquidation to be terminated, pursuant to section 250 of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Alexander Pronk and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of A&E INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION & IMMIGRATION LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, on the application of MZM Trustee Limited, on 3 September 2021 at 11.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 15 October 2021.
