Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed replacement liquidator of the above-named companies upon the resignation of:

Ray Greenwood (NEWMARKET INTERNATIONAL MOTOR INN LIMITED); and

Stephen Rex Tietjens and Kevin James Gillespie (NZ PORK LIMITED and KAIMAI PORK LIMITED),

pursuant to section 283(2) of the Act on 31 August 2021.
