Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator

Simon Rogan of Auckland, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 31 August 2021 at 2.10pm, in the place of John Price who resigned as liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 5 March 2020.
