On 27 August 2021, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KINGSTON KIDS LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 27 August 2021 at 11.00am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 27 September 2021.
