UNITY CONNECT LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership)
On 25 January 2021 at 1.00pm a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed by the shareholders to liquidate the company and appoint Rachel Mason-Thomas and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators.
The liquidators fix 2 March 2021 as the day by which the creditors are to make their claims to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
