Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the shareholders on 27 August 2021 at 12.30am.

The liquidator fixes 24 September 2021 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
