Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TOPLINE DECORATORS LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder on 19 August 2021 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
