Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 21 July 2021 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that TIMARU BATTERY SERVICE LIMITED be liquidated and that Hamish Thomas Moorhead, chartered accountant of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 21 July 2021 at 11.00am.
