Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 19 August 2021 at 2.04pm, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DOUBLE C PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation, on 19 August 2021, the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to the Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 19 September 2021.
