Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JIMJANE 2012 LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 16 August 2021 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 16 October 2021.
